These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts and dealings between Hexa Solar Solutions Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”, “your”). By signing a quote or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Agreement
The agreement is binding when you:
• Sign and return the quote digitally or by email; or
• Pay a deposit or instruct us to proceed.
2. Eligibility
You confirm you:
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Own or have authority over the property
• Have read and accepted these terms
3. Payment Terms
• $300 deposit to confirm order • Balance due on day of installation • Payment methods: bank transfer, EFT, card (via secure gateway), or cash • Late payments may incur 10% interest p.a., $250 admin fee, and debt recovery charges
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Full refunds apply if:
• Cancelled within 10-business-day cooling-off period
• Installation delayed beyond 6 weeks (without consent)
• Grid approval is denied
• Price increases and you decline
Refunds post-cooling-off may incur a $150 admin fee.
5. Installation
• Target installation date is indicative only • You must ensure access and safe working conditions onsite • Additional charges may apply for switchboard upgrades, structural reinforcements, or unforeseen site conditions
6. STC Assignment
You assign all STCs to Hexa Solar Solutions. If STC rates drop or become unavailable, the adjusted amount will be added to the final invoice unless otherwise agreed.
7. Ownership & Risk
You own the system once full payment is received. If payment is incomplete, we reserve the right to remove the system at your cost.
8. System Performance & Warranty
• 5-year workmanship guarantee • Product warranties per manufacturer (10–25 years) • Wi-Fi connectivity and internet issues are not covered • Damage from external causes or unauthorised alterations voids warranty • Ongoing maintenance is your responsibility to maintain warranty
9. Grid Connection & Metering
• We handle grid approval submissions • Net meter installation is arranged by your energy retailer after installation • Meter upgrade or electrical board work may be separately charged if not part of the initial quote
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to extreme weather, equipment shortages, changes in regulation, or other events beyond our control.
11. Insurance
We recommend you update your home insurance policy to include your solar/battery system.
12. Termination
You may cancel if:
• Design or pricing changes occur without your consent
• Grid connection is denied
• Installation is delayed by more than 6 weeks without your agreement
We may cancel if approvals are not granted or the site is unsafe.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to raise any concerns directly via our Complaints Handling Policy. If unresolved, you may refer to NSW Fair Trading, CEC, or relevant bodies.
